Hello to our valued Guests! We have created this webpage for currently registered guests who have upcoming stays at The Desert Compass, to explain software updates we are performing to our reservation system, and a text message or email you received requesting you to complete mobile check-in for your upcoming stay.

We understand that with the prevalence of online scams, it can be concerning to receive messages requesting your personal information from unknown numbers, so we have created this webpage on our official website to confirm that this information is being requested by us in regards to your reservation. We are requesting your information as a part of our new mobile check-in process, and in order to update your information in our new reservation system.

Reservations at The Desert Compass will require completion of mobile check-in before receiving access to check-in details and unique door codes. Information required includes contact information, a photo ID, updated credit card details, and acceptance of our property policies/rental agreement (the information you would typically provide at a front desk when checking in).

The system we use to collect your information is secure, through our new reservation and communication software (Cloudbeds and Whistle, with secure payment processing through Cloudbeds and Stripe).

We have undertaken these updates in order to provide a more seamless booking platform and improved communication and check-in process for our guests.

Once you have completed your mobile check-in process, you will receive a message directing you to your Arrival Guide, with detailed self check-in instructions to access your suite.
